working principle:
The electric heating water bath vaporizer is a large cylinder (referred to as A for ease of description) with many tubes inside (liquid gas passes through these tubes, referred to as B for ease of description), which are sealed and not connected to the water inside the cylinder. This cylinder is filled with water, and then an explosion-proof electric heater similar to "fast heating" is used to heat the water in the cylinder, thereby heating the liquid gas in tube B and converting it into a gaseous gas.
Construction inside cylinder A:
Inside cylinder A, in addition to tube B, there are also some auxiliary accessories for gas, such as temperature sensing transmitters and pressure sensing transmitters. The temperature sensor transmitter can measure water temperature and also measure the temperature of gaseous gases to see if they meet the requirements. Pressure sensing transmitters are used to measure the pressure of gaseous gases.
Auxiliary accessories outside cylinder A:
There are usually some automatic control systems installed outside the cylinder to maintain the pressure and temperature of the vaporized gas within our required range.
